MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

The Full Membership annual subscription is £16. The Associate Member rate is £8, and Life Membership is £160.

To renew your membership, you can either download the form and post it with a cheque or Reward Vouchers, or you may renew your membership right here, online.

NB Vouchers dated 2008 and earlier are no longer valid, and those issued in 2009 will not be valid after December 2011.

NEW ONLINE RENEWAL SYSTEM FOR 2012

This year we’ve introduced a 2-step system for online renewal. You may now use your Reward Vouchers when renewing online, but to make this possible, payment can only be made directly by BACS transfer; this also avoids the charges that had to be paid by members renewing online using PayPal. So stage 1 is to complete the form here; stage 2 is to use your Online Banking to make your payment. It may seem cumbersome, but it's still easier than writing a cheque and posting it with a form, and there is absolutely no additional cost.

The Renewal Form below is simple and self-explanatory, but please read these notes before you start:

Be sure to press 'Continue' or 'Submit' at the foot of each page, until you receive confirmation that you've finished.

REWARD VOUCHERS

When using Reward Vouchers, enter all of their 4-digit serial numbers in the box provided.
Please remember to destroy the vouchers afterwards! You will not be able to use them again for another transaction: they will be rejected.

FINALISING

Because there is no 'Shopping Cart' it's up to you to add up the cost of your membership, any stickers you order, and then deduct the value of all the Reward Vouchers (£5 each) to reach the total amount due. You must then complete the process by using your personal online banking service to make a BACS transfer. The Club’s Membership account details are shown within the form, but if you need a reminder they are as follows:

Your renewal will not be processed until payment is received.
