andylaurence -> I bought two large sheets of 4mm perspex from Ebay. I cut them out with a jig saw, and literally hammered them in. I saved 10KG from the side windows alone. Removing the electric mechanisms saved another few kilos.
andylaurence -> I bought two alcantara bucket seats from a German seller on Ebay. It was £200 for two seats, two harnesses, and two subframes. The subframes were useless, so I binned them. The seats are fantastic, although anyone bigger than a 34" waist doesn't fit. The belts are the same material as your average inertia belt, and I'm worried they will slip in an accident. I'll be replacing them with Sabelt/Safety Devices or another good make.
andylaurence -> E32 750iL parts: Front discs, pads, calipers, carriers. Master Cylinder. Rear pads, calipers, carriers.
andylaurence -> E34 discs to fit the rear E32 calipers.
andylaurence -> AVO lowering springs and shocks.

andylaurence -> Alpina replica alloys, bought mainly because they're not metric, so the tyres are cheaper. Fitted with budget tyres for the road. Fitted using spigot rings, as they're intended for an E34 5 Series, which has a smaller hub.
